Yes, the marathon and marathon training is an immense physical challenge. But what really makes it difficult is training amongst all of the other things on your plate! You are BUSY, and making the choice to train for a marathon is challenge like none other! Between trying to sleep enough, fuel well & enough, strength train, the actual running part... it's a LOT to demand of your body and mind. But you become a better person through the process and it is always worth it in the end ❤️
