Non-Runners to Runners!

Tatyana started her running journey in her 30s. She lost 100 pounds in the process. She is now a competitive runner. When we first started working together, Tatyana was running 28 min 5ks and now she has dropped down to 22 min 5ks! She is a shining example that it’s never too late and hard work pays off!

Greg walked his first 5k in 2015 in just under 1 hour. He had never ran a step in his life until he turned 52!. After that, he was hooked. He has cut his time in half and ran 2 marathons just 2 years after starting his running journey. He has lost over 60 pounds and is in the best shape of his life at 54.Β

Clo and I started working together in Jan 2017. She had never ran before. We worked together on a run/walk program to get her in great shape and get her to the start of her first 5k. Just 2 months after starting her fitness journey she ran her first 5k!
