Healthy eating can be confusing and seem complicated but it doesn’t have to be. As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and running enthusiast, I believe in filling the body with real food and fueling the body to maximize sports performance. All while taking a non-diet approach to intuitive eating.
I completed my undergraduate dietetics degree and dietetic internship at Iowa State University. With over 3 years of experience, I have assisted a wide range of athletes, from recreation to D1 athletes, by creating individualized nutrition plans.
