Heather Larson is a Registered Dietitian and passionate runner. In 2018, she joined the Run4PRs team to develop nutrition plans for our athletes. She specializes in helping endurance athlete fuel for their training.

Heather is also a runner. She is gearing up for Grandma’s Marathon in June! In her free time Heather likes to spend time with her family.
