2-3x each round
Round 1
1- 20 walking lunges with dumbbells
2- 7x 1 legged squats on each side
3- 60 seconds bicycle abs
Round 2
1- 10x traveling pushups (modified if needed)
2- 30 seconds squat holds
3- 10x deadlift with overhead press
Round 3
1- 10x “V-ups”
2- 60 sec plank
3- 10x burpees
